Nellie Gail Ranch
Heralded by the LA Times as “an island of calm amid the bustle of the OC,” Nellie Gail Ranch is a coveted equestrian community of 1,350 pastoral acres in Laguna Hills. Named after the wife of 19th-century rancher Lewis Moulton, the community sprung up in earnest in the 1970s.
