A Laguna Niguel native, Trent Mason pairs his formidable local expertise with a high-energy consultative approach to provide a stress-free and engaging real estate experience. Now a partner with the Brad Feldman Group, Trent joined the team in 2016. His cheerful personality and relationship-focused style quickly garnered his glowing reputation, valuable referrals and 5-star reviews. Trent understands that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal endeavor, and he works relentlessly to achieve the goals of his clients.
From climbing Kilimanjaro at age 12 to swimming with piranhas in the Amazon, Trent doesn’t shy from a challenge. He applies the same mindset to real estate, routinely going above and beyond to reach the optimal outcome. In his first year as an agent, he tirelessly pursued a specific home that his buyer clients loved. After countless hours of knocking on doors and helping in the neighborhood, Trent finally secured a deal. It was an inspiration to keep pushing, keep learning, and keep working harder to meet his clients’ needs. Trent’s can-do attitude and competitive spirit make him the ideal advocate during any real estate transaction.
You can say that Orange County homes are in Trent’s blood. His father was an agent, as well. Trent fondly remembers bringing lunch to open house events as a kid, and later interning with his father’s agency. He studied at South Dakota State on a football scholarship, and he completed his degree at the University of Arizona with a major in urban and regional development and a minor in business. While his initial plan was to work in commercial real estate, an internship with Teles Properties revealed Trent’s true passion for helping people through residential sales.
Trent loves the OC lifestyle. When he’s not helping clients, you might find him at the beach where he trains for marathons and triathlons. Trent is a seasoned traveler with an appetite for experiencing other cultures. He has trekked the Amazon, road-tripped through Ireland, island-hopped in Greece, and more. Trent is currently working to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Orange County teens. Both personally and professionally, Trent strives to make a positive impact in the lives of everyone he meets.
