Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, Hemila has always had the drive to succeed. With her grandfather being a real estate developer and her father a successful businessman and real estate investor in California and Arizona, she began her real estate journey in 2013 as a Broker. Her father’s determination and hustle were what made her want to succeed in her career and follow in his footsteps.
Hemila was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. Alongside her educational career she has worked as VP of Project Management for her family business and as a Commercial Real Estate Coordinator for one of the top dental providers in the nation. Although she enjoyed the corporate life, her personable and professional character is what has made her succeed in residential real estate.
